Biographical Info

Rachel Urban has been making a difference throughout the Carolinas for 25 years and prides herself in continuing to focus on helping businesses, corporations, and organizations with their commercial insurance needs in and across The Carolinas. Rachel spent 2 decades leading teams and providing strategy in the nonprofit sector, beginning her career in Foster Care and Adoption as a Case Manager. She spent the majority of her time at The American Cancer Society and The American Heart Association. Women-owned businesses and the human services remain a passion of hers in the risk management space.

As a licensed insurance agent, Rachel advises clients on a multitude of products and services, including but not limited to commercial business, general liability, auto insurance, commercial property, worker’s compensation, and the specialty lines coverages like cyber insurance, crime, employment practices, builder’s risk and others.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time on the crystal-clear North Carolina Beaches. She is a proud aunt to six beautiful children who she enjoys spending as much time as possible with. A sports enthusiast, she remains a committed Pittsburgh Steelers and Carolina Hurricanes Hockey Fan!
