NO REFUND POLICY

WBON of Triangle maintains a No Refund Policy for all payments made to the organization.

All Payments Are Final

All payments made to WBON of the Triangle are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all payments, including, but not limited to:

  • Membership dues and membership renewals
  • Event registrations and admission fees
  • Luncheons, meetings, workshops, and programs
  • Sponsorships
  • Vendor or exhibitor fees
  • Advertising and promotional opportunities
  • Merchandise purchases
  • Donations and contributions
  • Special events and fundraising activities
  • Any other payments made through our website, online checkout system, invoice, or other payment method

Once payment has been submitted and processed, no refunds, reimbursements, credits, transfers, or exchanges will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

Event Attendance

Failure to attend an event, meeting, luncheon, workshop, or program does not entitle the purchaser or registrant to a refund or credit.

Registration fees are non-refundable regardless of changes in personal schedules, business obligations, travel, illness, weather, or other circumstances that prevent attendance.

Membership Dues

Membership dues and renewal payments are non-refundable once paid. Membership dues will not be prorated or refunded if a member resigns, becomes inactive, is unable to participate, or otherwise discontinues membership during the membership period.

Sponsorships and Other Commitments

Sponsorship payments, advertising fees, vendor fees, and other financial commitments made to the organization are non-refundable once payment has been received.

Event Changes

WBON of the Triangle reserves the right to modify an event’s schedule, location, speakers, programming, format, or other details when reasonably necessary.

If an event is canceled entirely by WBON of the Triangle, the organization will determine, in its discretion and subject to applicable law, whether a payment will be credited, transferred, refunded, or otherwise addressed.

Agreement to Policy

By submitting payment to WBON of the Triangle you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy and understand that all payments are final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
