Lea Strickland

Lea Strickland brings over 30 years in major corporations (Ford Motor Company), Main Street businesses, and technology startups to design and build holistic solutions that create scalable, profitable businesses. Lea works with companies of all sizes, stages, and industries throughout North America. She founded F.O.C.U.S. Resources, a strategic growth, business process, and compliance service firm headquartered in Cary, NC.

Lea is the President/CEO and Principal Consultant of F.O.C.U.S. Resources (founded in 2002, web site: www.focusresourcesinc.com), a strategic business advisory firm, providing customized business solutions utilizing proprietary tools and systems, including the C.O.R.E. Business Growth System℠, the F.O.C.U.S. Framework℠, and C.O.R.E. Value℠ (method to increase business valuation and performance for those planning a 3 – 5 year exit from business ownership).

Lea’s entrepreneurship program and volunteer work with veteran-owned and founded organizations received recognition in 2017 from the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

Lea is known for her holistic, customized solutions. She

  • innovates business models,
  • designs business systems and processes to grow sales, profits, and brands,
  • has previously raised $500+ million in capital,
  • managed $13+ billion capital project, and
  • develops and advises on compliance related to funding and other regulatory requirements.

In 2020, Lea launched Our American Mission: Unite to Reignite Small Business Growth.
