Why “authenticity”?

When we do the work to embrace our truest selves and are honest about the unique things that make us tick, some remarkable things happen: We find work that fulfills us. Our businesses are more successful. We strengthen our relationships with others. We feel self-love – and all of these elements bring us greater joy in our day-to-day lives. Using a positive psychology and strengths-based approach, TAG provides critical “soft-skills” training to teams.

An emphasis on entrepreneurship and social impact.  I bring considerable expertise in launching entrepreneurial ventures, as well as consulting in the social impact space. Many of my clients are toying with the idea of starting their own firms, or are looking to get more involved in social impact.
