"Conduit for Change"

ABOUT Annelies . . .

Annelies Gentile has helped lawyers, physicians, entrepreneurs, executives, government leaders and non-profits face change head-on. By building empathy and resiliency, creativity and insight, or by improving communications within teams and partnerships- Annelies helps her clients strategize and nourish their vision with integrity.

Annelies' secret sauce is compassion. She believes life is better when we connect to one another and ourselves, especially when facing or leading change. As a coach, consultant and facilitator she helps professionals navigate change, mindfully and creatively helping them get present and think differently to re-imagine what's next and what's possible. She facilitates a whole-systems approach to personal transformation and professional development so that clients feel free to take sustainable action towards their goals- leading with intention from the inside out.

Annelies' world-wide experience and previous two-decade career in visual arts, film and theater add extraordinary value to her quality, depth and ability to get right to the heart. Her formal education includes a master's degree in coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and certification with the International Coaching Federation. Lastly, thanks to the WBON 2017 scholarship award, Annelies is writing her first book.

Your life, the life of any CEO, child or any person of any age, gender or experience has access to the keys to unlock calm or unload chaos. In a chaotic and ever-changing world, mindlessness has its consequences. It's amazing what you can learn to get used to.

What is your relationship to stress?

  • Stress is useful but is it using you?
  • How would you know the difference?
  • How would you measure awareness?
  • Mindfulness starts by asking the right questions.

Join Annelies as she helps you reveal the key to open and close your state of mind. This speech is based on the book Annelies is writing on this topic.
